Granny flats can be built up to 70M2 with one two or three bedroom options available that we can develop to suit your individual needs.

 Styles of Addition;

• In-keeping Addition is where we add on to the existing taking great care to match closely the existing material finishes such as brick style and roof tile to create a look as if the extension was always there.
• Modernising Addition is where it may be more appropriate to take the opportunity to incorporate the addition along with a contemporary upgrade to the overall appearance and feel of the property. Especially if the existing is dated, or the current trend in a suburb may lead to higher desirability and added value.
• Statement Addition; be it a second storey to gain presence and potential million dollar views or an ultra modern wing to a period house we can create a great living space along with the statement.
