He sat down and listen to all my needs and drawing the house plan accordingly. The granny flat is not just beautiful in the presentation but also great in the quality. Northern Building were a pleasure to work with and were flexible to our requirements. We were very pleased with our conversion from double garage to two bedrooms, which came in within the budget we had outlined. Bill is friendly, approachable and was a big help with designing the layout too. I would recommend Northern Building to friends and family.

  I had a en-suite added to an existing bedroom using storage space in my large garage. Terry and Bill came up a plan that worked really well, then dealt with all approvals and built it with no inconvenience to me.  Everything is great, particularly the tiling which is exceptional.   The work that involved Northern Building WA was part of a larger project that is being carried out at our house. So as a result it was allocated a very tight budget. Bill was very accommodating and worked with us to make sure the job got done right with the resources we had assigned to that section. We would be happy to pass his details on to family and friends knowing that their job will get done properly and at the right price.  

We moved out for a week to allow NBS to carry out work throughout our property and even thought we added work along the way they made sure it was still finished in the original agreed time frame and didn't overcharge for the extras. I would definately use them again.
